Control system of the uniformity of the weight of the carpet of fibers coming out of a card, equipped with CPU with touch screen and interconnection.
Description
Our self-regulator is an equipment designed to control the density of the tape coming out of the cards.
The operating principle consists of measuring the thickness of the infeed belt, the speed of the doffer cylinder and controlling the speed of the feeder cylinder, in order to keep the density of the belt uniform.
The system is intended for both machine builders and tape manufacturers interested in revamping
